I have a delivered app that is running on Citrix/Metaframe servers. There is an install problem with the application. On some of the servers I'm getting the the following error running as admin:----------------------------------------------------
An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtime.
Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient, or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly.
Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Itanium) required.
----------------------------------------------------
But it works on others MF servers and local machines.
The OS is Windows 2000 Server Standard Edition.
I found a copy of CrystalRedist115_x86.msi in the C:WINDOWSTempVSD5CE.tmpCrystalReports directory and was trying to independently install it but it is asking for a Product Key to complete, and I don't have unless it is buried in the registry.
I found this article on the SAP/BO website
Error Creating Process Msiexec I Vcredist Msi

Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 X64
But since I can't recompile the app and it isn't 64 bit I'm not sure it applies.
The code snippet below is the detail error it throws before shutting down the app.
It is late in the day my time so I'm going to let this one simmer over night and see if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks.

I also have a few applications with Crystal version 8.x. I have no problems with Windows 7 - 32 bit. 64 bit is giving me fits right now. The problem involves passing the path to the system workgroup file to crystal through the registry so crystal can access the database that is controlled by user permission. Another application using Crystal 8.x using ADO to pass the recordsets to Crystal runs with no problems. So, it seems to depend on your method of data access. Game android dragon city mod zippyshare. Update - I found the answer for passing the info to crystal 8.x through the registry - The entries that would normally be in the HKLMSoftware.. Key need to be moved to the HKLMSoftwareWow6432Node.. Key. The keys in this location are passed to 32 bit programs running in the 64 bit environment. So, now I have no remaining problem.
